“Clean room was ready and on time. staff catered for every request. will definately stay again...and the Sunday roast worth it”

“Room ok, but peeling paper above window and broken window catches and broken lamp shade by bed (window side). Bathroom needed a plug for the sink, mould on ceiling above the bath/shower and mastic should have been removed from the tiles (near sink and over bath) where soap dispensers had been removed. No brandy at the bar. Chips supplied with meal were luke warm (nobody came to ask if things were OK). Had to ask for full breakfast to be reheated. Stayed here before, so rather disappointed this……

“We had a lovely stay at the White Rabbit. Although the hotel is pretty dated, it was very clean and comfortable and without exception the staff were all really friendly and professional. Food at dinner and breakfast was very good.”

“Nice stay with a restaurant on the premises. Lovely room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Great place to stay before embarking on a ferry trip to the Channel Islands.”

“Check in was friendly and welcoming. Ate a snack in bar,service was quick and food was excellent. Bathroom had bio friendly soaps,which considering the seaside location, I thought was a good idea.overall a good experience.”

“Polite and helpful customer service. Clean and cozy. The breakfast is very good especially the fish. The only draw back is the WiFi - as it is free, its bandwidth is limited, so a bit slow and unstable.”
