"I don't believe the Expedia site should offer this hotel at this time It does Otley and the hotel staff, both lovely, no favours. It was not a well placed room, it was overly hot without cooling, the bathroom although modern let itself down in the shower particularly. It did not have a restaurant nor kitchen in use and was severely understaffed. Our pre requests could not be met. I am sad to give a poor review, as the staff were wonderful. "Exceeded expectations all round. Unusual for uk pub bedrooms.. air conditioning! lovely bedroom above the pub, well appointed, comfortable and quiet once closed. New Owners Becks and Tony super helpful and welcoming. Pub itself also great. Will definitely be back in the future"

"Lovely place. We booked last minute and the room was ready. Lovely room. Comfy bed. Very clean room and lots of tea coffee etc in the room. Lee the landlord was great when we arrived even though we had only booked that morning. Really nice pub and food was fantastic. I would definitely not hesitate to come back."
