I mentioned to the check in staff that I believed I had already paid when the reservation was made but was told there was no record of it. After reviewing my credit card transactions I found it was paid at the time of reservation. The morning staff did find it and gave a receipt for refund. the refund has not yet posted on my account.”

“The hotel gives a dirty feel. The staff is rarely there. I couldn’t sleep thinking about bed bugs. I’m sorry if this is too blunt. But at $280 a night I’d expect a little more. Unfortunately, not many choices for family hotels in Saugatuk.”
