“The hotel was easy to find and located at the Living Treasures Animal Park. You check in at the gift shop. The room is like a cabin and very beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. When we got there our room was very warm, so we lowered the air conditioning. It didn't cool things off, so we went to the office and they sent a lady to help. She said to give it about 20 more minutes. Things still didn't cool off, so they changed our room. That room didn't cool off either. Guests beside……

“We have been coming here for over 10 years for our romantic getaway to stay .. they just need newer beds that are softer that's the only thing that's not comfortable but everything else is great.”

“The property was clean and quiet. The location is excellent and very near to food, gas, and shopping. The only property concerns I would address are the the room curtains and breakfast items and variety. The room curtains were not well fitted to the windows and let in a lot of light from the parking lot lights at night and sunlight first thing in the morning. During a two night stay the breakfast was the same both days and really needs to include some type of protein besides hard boiled eggs.……

“For the limited time we stayed there, it was okay. When we went to check in the first time, we had to ring a bell three times and still no one came to help us. We ended up leaving and coming back later to check in. The bathroom towel rack and shower pole were rusted and the towels had stains on them. The breakfast that was included was very limited. Toast, two cereals, some juices and coffee. The waffle mix wasn’t very good and made the waffles taste like rubber. If you’re looking for a……

“Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. My only annoyance was we paid a head for breakfast for myself and my child- $18 each. He was able to order a kids meal which was French toast, eggs or cereal. I was able to order off the menu. All items were cheaper off the menu. Our meals included a drink, so I guess our bottled milk and juice were over $6. Food was good just order off the menu not pay ahead! This hotel had a great pool area!”
