「I have stayed here twice within the last five months and the second stay was just as great as the first stay! Front desk staff are very friendly, breakfast attendant was friendly and kept food stocked, the dining area is clean, the housekeepers were nice and did not give you a hard time when asking for extra towels etc. Rooms were clean and the lobby was clean and cozy. They even had a complimentary soup bar in the evening! Great hotel and great staff!」

「I came from a long trip and a horrible hotel. My Son, who lives here in Chicago, met me at the airport to help me find a hotel to stay at overnight. Everything was perfect about this hotel, except we did not realize that it was so far from the airport. It was late, so we did not have time to explore the area, especially since we did not know where we were and if there was anything worth seeing nearby. I still will recommend this hotel.」

「Booked the standard room for my family trip and the room is quite spacious to store and open my multiple luggage cases. Nothing fancy, but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The thing to mention would be the positive vibes from all the reception staff. From check-in, request for additional toiletries to check-out, everybody was very helpful had a big smile.」
