"Staff at front desk were amazing, rooms were ok , ammenities could be better"

"The staff training needs improvement. The service experience was completely different when I checked in and checked out. At check-in, the staff assigned me a room that was already occupied. I had booked a shuttle at 12 p.m., but I didn’t receive the confirmation the next day. She didn’t even offer a smile or an apology. On the other hand, the staff in the morning was very helpful. They tried to get a seat for my shuttle spot. That’s why I gave them a 3 out of 5. . "

"The pool heater was broken when we first arrived but it was fixed a day later. Check in was a bit rough, desk clerk couldn’t find our bonvoy number so we were hassling about how we would get wifi since we didn’t have our number on us. He made it stressful and didn’t seem to want to help us find it. And please tell me why you can’t provide coffee for your guests at $200 a night. Buying $6 coffees for me and my husband everyday was ridiculous. We expected more from a property like this. "
