「Great location, friendly staff, clean room. 」

「My husband and I decided to get away for a long weekend and this was the perfect spot! So many things to love (the room, breakfast, arcade, pool) but the best thing about our stay were our hosts!!!! They were so kind and welcoming. When we first arrived we got a tour and then a glass of wine to enjoy by the pool. I have celiac so they made sure that I had gluten free options for breakfast. It was a fantastic stay and we plan on visiting again in the very near future!!」

「Cleanliness was fair. Staff was nice. Breakfast was lacking. AC was cold and comfortable for 90* days. Shower water pressure was poor and the faucet made a horrible screeching sound while running. Overall, it was a convenient location for our trip to visit family and was affordable. Not great but not awful.」

「Very nice little cottage, quite neighborhood and great location. Host was very friendly, helpful and available when needed. House is cute inside & out, nice beach theme. The bed is very comfortable, the sleeper sofa was found to be uncomfortable. The outside enclosure was very much enjoyed, with the seating, lights & fan. We enjoyed our stay here. We would rent this property again. Perfect cottage for 2.」

「The house was great! Beautiful location and very clean. We used the theatre room a LOT! Loved the big kitchen and the family room with lots of games. The dock was under repair, unfortunately, but it was raining anyway, so not too much of a loss. The host left water, coffee, snacks, and toiletries - so sweet!」

「 Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. 」

「Beautiful, peaceful waterfront stay. Every bedroom had a water view, and the home was perfect for unwinding with family over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our entire holiday meal. Although it was too cold to enjoy the decks during our stay, the water views were incredibly relaxing, and I can only imagine how wonderful this place would be in the summer.
