“There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.”

“Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!”

“The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.”

“So bad that my wife and I had to eat the $100+ and go across the street to the Marriott. As soon as we entered the lobby we were smacked in the face with the smell of nicotine/weed. “Alright” we said. “ Certainly our room won’t smell like this.”…oh how wrong we were. The room was WORSE. We immediately started getting headaches and lightheaded upon entering. We inspected the room a little and wow I thought hotels were only this gross in movies. The walls were covered in goodness knows what bodily……

“Staff charged my card twice for a supposedly card on file. I understand for the card on file for damages, but twice? Then, the following day, they charged my card again for the room after booking it through Expedia. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. I advise you to stay at your own risk, as I will never return to that establishment and flag the double transaction you made at check-in. If you’re going to collect a deposit, a hold, or for the room, you should clearly……
