「Stayed downtown while attending an event at the convention center and the surrounding area. Good: Apt was very nice- clean and well set up, bed was good, plenty of dishes and coffee provided ++ Bad: The stairs up are really steep, so take that into account if you book. The areas is a little sketchy, but no one ever bothered us. Parking (provided lot) is a little bit of a walk away, but never had a problem and no one bothered the car. 「Greatest host! Wants you to feel comfortable and he is welcoming, with much attentive to details. Great location, super feeling of safety but within the fun parts of the city. Museums, Carytown, restaurants all so accessible. He's there if you need anything but not intrusive at all. Don't be worried about the parking...you feel like you're part of the neighborhood. I would definitely want to stay there again..」

「Super clean second floor apartment with great light in the front bedroom — and a little desk that made it easy to get some work done. The building is at the edge of Richmond’s Fan district with easy access to all it offers.
