「The indoor spa was great. Staff were awesome as well - really professional. Can imagine it's great when the outdoor spa is open and during the summer.
Some of the negatives...breakfast could do with some improvements, the ingredients tasted low quality some of the cooking was questionable (fried eggs for example). The place had a general feel of getting refurbished so felt hard done by paying full price... Our room (28) smelt like drains and the view was blocked by scaffolding. Also some mold...

「Beautiful hotel and facilities. We loved our room - the bathroom was amazing! Heating and hot water broke on Friday so shower/bath was lukewarm and cold room. which spoiled our evening a little, unfortunately. Staff were lovely and resolved it ready for the next day/eve. Breakfast was wonderful on Sat/Sunday with great choice and quality.
Surrounding area is beautiful and we made use of the chauffeur service to come back from our evening at the gorgeous (and highly recommended) Royal Oak...

「Room was great with amazing views. Friendly and lovely staff.. Great location. Also, high compliments for the food we had there. We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. 「Food at the Inn arrived incorrectly, and tasteless. It was removed from the bill.
When we entered our room the toilet seat almost fell off when moved. The heater in the room was broken.
We used the hotel pool facility. The changing rooms were dirty.
Dirty nappies in the swimsuit dryer.
Sauna out of order. Broken drains on the jacuzzi.
When the bubbles were on in the jacuzzi the water smelled stale and unclean.
