“Our shower/tub was dirty looking. looked like dirty foot prints. Let the front desk know of my concern...and they said they are aware of the proplem. Paint peeling, or something else. They gave me some points on to my rewards with Hilton. The staff also said in the future if we booked direct with the property vs a third party it would have been much cheaper than what I paid for the night.”

“No kitchen, room had microwave and coffee pot both units cords didn't reach outlets! I had to switch around both to reach an outlet, microwave had be turned on its side as well to use. Coffee offered in room was terrible ended up buying jar of instant, lol”

“This was probably one of the best hotel stays my wife and I have experienced. The staff was helpful and friendly! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had! We will be returning to this hotel again. The location was great as well!”

“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……
