“Awesome ”

“Proximity to cruise port was ok, overall the hotel was ok. The hotel wasn’t near anything such as shopping or dining options so you are likely to eat at hotel restaurant which was average. Hotel and rooms felt dated and run down. Decent pool. Nice walk around marina outside. Went with intention of using shuttle to cruse port and there was no availability for time to sign up when we arrived.”

“Upon arriving, the place did look quite sketchy, but the front desk guy was very nice. He was approachable and gave many recommendations on sights to see and places to eat while we stayed. This made me feel better. We entered our room welcomed by a sour stench. It was warm, but did come with an AC units that blew more not appealing smells. We were woken up by loud knocks on our door that continued to go in spurts for about 5-10 mins. It was 9:30pm Cali time but 11:30pm from our home town……

“Organize the lobby during pick up for cruises, the lobby was elbow to elbow people ”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“ The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never”

“We loved our stay here! Check in was quick, and the staff were so nice and helpful. We never had an issue finding parking during our whole stay. Also love that they lock the gate at 11pm so people can’t get in without a code. The room was very clean, and had a full refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stove top. All of them worked great! ”

“房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 ”

“Do not stay here. It's the middles of a ghetto neighborhood with zero parking and I'm just glad nobody broke in to my car.”

“This place is falling apart. The ceiling in the hallway had flood damage and holes. There were tiles missing in the bathroom. The toilet had mold growing in it under the rim. Also, they took carpet out (thank god, due to the smell of the hallway carpet) but we had a connecting room door in our room and it had a 1 inch gap. We could hear the other room loud and clear. It was cheap but not worth the money ”
