“Overall it was fine. The interior wasn't in the greatest condition - flies in the kitchen, loose front door and bedroom door, a variety of cracks, dents and marks all around the unit - but it was good enough. Yeah that bedroom door was LOOSE though. The frame was cracked. A child could've kicked it in. We barricaded it with a suitcase. ”

“Check in/ check out was easy.1st Choice communicated very well and provided a nice welcome package with essentials.The property is comfortable and cozy. The location is very convenient to everythingAs someone else memtioned i would update info regarding pool passes as it was a little expensive for 5 guest passes.Not suprisingly, because of the wooded location, there are a lot of ants. If you leave anyting sweet on the counters expect a swarm. The Terro ant killer i found under the sink worked……

“Was a great place for our family vacation. Even though it was right off of Coastal Highway the noise from the road was not too bad especially with the AC units running. Very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog. The cottage is bigger inside than it looks. Didn't particularly care for the shared laundry but, we made it work - only had to do one load anyway. Looking for some privacy away from condo life, we recommend this little cottage.”
