"We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the shuttle. The staff were perfect, making the shuttle arrangements and right on target in their suggestions of timing. "

"Upon arrival , the lady by the name of Joyce made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. She talked so rude to me! My room didn’t come with a chair for the desk I asked her for one she never had nobody bring one then the next day I went down to the lobby to ask where my chair was but somebody else assisted me. I paid $100 deposit and she tried to take $11 away from that but I did call the hotel to get that back. But as I watched her help somebody else , she treated them with respect and kindness . She doesn’t like people that have colored skin. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. But since I was greeted like that it made me uncomfortable. She told me I needed to go outside and air out because I smell like I’ve been smoking. What I do outside this hotel is my business as long as I’m not causing no damages to the rooms or smoking in the rooms . But you don’t talk to me like I am a child. I’m not trying to leave a negative review about the hotel more so JOYCE customer service to people of color. "

"Pictures are nothing like what it actually is. Hallways and room smelled like cigarettes and Schnees (can’t put correct spelling or it kicks me out). "

"Air con wasn’t working properly. I spoke with staff member at front desk who immediately came up to the room to check it out and offered to move us to another room. He could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this hotel."

"They didn’t get a food truck so their “Continental” breakfast was waffles with no butter or anything. And they were out of syrup. "

"Room walls were very dirty and gross and there were items left in room under furniture from last guests. "

"The room was clean. Musty smell when entering the room. Air conditioning rattled. Lots of highway noise. Parking was tight. But glad to have a bed to sleep in. "

"We love staying at the Embassy Suites but the rooms need updated. The air conditioning was loud and ran the entire time even when on Auto. look like water had been running down the walls. The pool heater was turned off so the water was freezing and it had to much chlorine in it. Very disappointed!!"
