"We rented this beautiful home to meet our son whom we haven't seen for month's due to his work schedule. We were only a couple of hours from checking into the house and Peggy informed us that there was a problem with the A/C unit. Peggy let us know that she had a technician on the way to check the unit. She offered us a full refund if it could not be fixed. My wife and I were driving and could do anything about finding another rental property. Peggy came through for us the unit was repaired and we had a beautiful weekend with our family. The house was beautiful and well kept. We will definitely rent this property again. "

"Very clean! Comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again! Nice cold air conditioning. Firm but comfortable beds. Only recommendation is to get a larger coffee pot( 4 cup coffee pot was the only one provided) but otherwise great stay!"

"Everything was great, only thing that was not really a big thing but the toilet was loud when flushed and had to hold the handle when flushing."

"We stayed here for my son’s college graduation. The location is wonderful. You can head into the city to do the fun things and then retreat out to Mud Island to relax. The home had all of the space we needed and the living area was perfect for all of the guests. I would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever go back. "
