"the kitchen had every thing we needed. the appliances were modern and very clean. The entire house was decorated nicely and very clean. The Host Stuart was immediately responsive to any question. The check-in process was easy as well as the check out. We were very impressed with the property location and easy of access to Memphis attractions. We will plan on renting the same property for our visit next year if it is available. We have rented multiple properties over the years and this was the best one we have rented. "Close to downtown and nice neighborhood. On one side there were dogs that barked all day and night though. While playing cornhole, one dog reached under the fence and stole a bag. We never could get anyone to answer the door so the dog got a new chew toy.The house itself was great, except not the cleanest. Not terrible though. Over all, it was exactly what our group needed for almost a week. "
