“We stayed for 6 nights here at this wonderful place. My partner and I felt right at home from the first day on our vacation. Our host Lincoln was responsive, helpful, hospitable and warm. The manor is well designed with every amenity you need in the perfect location walking distance to the gayborhood strip but away enough for tranquility/peaceful sleep, with awesome views of the river and luxury apartments across, coconut trees, pool and trail. Some things I would add for future tenants: 1) Fix master bedroom shower (water leaks under glass and onto the floor in large amounts) 2) Pool maintenance/cleaner did not show up at all when told it would be Thursday 3) Trash takeout - we had been given 2 different days of the week on the itinerary for trash/recycle, so this was quite misleading for us to try to assist 4) We believed the house should have come equipped with more basic……

“This villa was 90% for us! Very nice house in excellent condition. The area is upscale but you must drive to everything. Safe and quiet. The key lock box is a challenge even for the younger members. No light and poor instruction but we managed!”

“Great location and price ! It has everything you need. Great bed and shower! The only thing I didn’t like was you’re not allowed to have a friend/guest over and how they repeat no “unauthorized guest” over and over again in their posting, emails , and display the statement in the unit. ”

“I chose that title, as we saw a Tina Turner Revue at the Dania Casino while we were in town. The house itself is nice on first impressions. However, as one looks around more, it seems as if it’s an unfinished project, or non-professionally done. Major gripes ? The bathroom door in the “master bedroom” is hard to close / open, and leaves a gap when supposedly closed. The framing around the doorway, especially at floor level, looked very poorly planned, and even as if it had been quite wet at……
