“We loved the property. Although only a short visit we were able to enjoy the secluded atmosphere and the beautiful backyard. Hot tub is a wonderful add.”

“The Tiffany Vineyards is a lovely setting for a family reunion or a destination event. The initial registration process with Joseph was excellent. I needed to make some changes in the original registration process and he spent a great deal of time accommodating my needs. My only suggestion is for the owner to periodically check everything. There are many little repairs that would make Tiffany even better. One outdoor chair was broken, the trim between the kitchen and eating area has come……

“The price was fair until you add in the $50 per pet fee that was buried in policy and very hard to find.”

“Entire property was clean. Parking was great and easy. The listing was a little misleading, it didn’t specify that it was attached to the rest of the home, but that is honestly okay because whoever was in the house next door was so quiet. Bed were comfortable. I understand that the living room/ kitchen area is a small space, but a bigger sofa would have been nice. All in all it was a great little place. I’d recommend it to others for a quick weekend trip.”

Location is excellent with easy access to all the wonderful things Sacramento has to offer especially delicious food! We are looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful cottage!”

“The house needs a thorough deep cleaning. And de-cluttering. The vast supply of groceries in the fridge- it limited what we could use for our own items. If you don’t want to buy your own food, there is plenty on stock here. The walls and all the switches all need a good scrub. There were several dried buggers on multiple walls. A gross living room area. Uncomfortable couch and beds. The access is problematic- only being able to use the back door didn’t fit well with us. The sticky notes all……

“Great room, pretty, quality, and comfortable amenities. It was clean, has a bathtub, comfortable bed, down pillows, fridge and microwave for a very good price. However the room had less privacy than I expected from the images, it has a window above the front door which we threw a shirt over to cover. It needs frosting. The bathroom window could use frosting or a curtain too, because the blinds don't cover everything, so no matter where you are in the room, someone can see you if you're naked.……
