“Great property - we stayed in a LARGE 2 bedroom suite. The resort is right on the beach and has its own pool. It is convenient to many local restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly, particularly the valets. They had great suggestions for meals and were always very nice. My one complaint is that the fitness center is closed. This should be noted somewhere.”

“I like the complimentary shuttle service. However, it wasn't always available at a moment's notice. The wait would have been 15 min. Too much cash spent on tipping. The 5 days we stayed were records breaking temperatures, so shuttle service was nice. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Requests for extra hangers and housekeeping service were courteous and prompt. 2 complementary water bottles each day were provided. Great experience using the soft water shower; however, lights would……

“I was again very happy with our stay at Hawthorne - the hotel room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. I only had two small issues: the lock on our door malfunctioned and did not open with multiple different keys in several instances (the keys worked fine on other doors like the fitness room) and the shower rod in one of the bathrooms was loose and had been clearly poorly repaired. Otherwise everything else was great. ”

Everything was lovely and it was very reasonably priced. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Beautiful view of the water from the dock. We will recommend and stay again without a doubt. We walked to dinner and breakfast as well. Thank you for such a delightful stay!”
