Staff were extremely kind and hospitable. Travelled with family of 5 and the room we had is bigger than general Japanese hotel rooms. The most convenient utilities in our room were the kitchen and drying/washing machine. Plenty of space for luggage. Clean furniture. The overall design of the hotel and rooms were modern and gorgeous. Service is great. They offer luggage delivery within Tokyo area via Airporter. Everything was walking distance for us (about 20min walk to Tsukiji Market, 15min to station, Family Mart and Lawson just a small block away, ~20min to the shopping district). So if you don’t mind walking, this is a great location.

The staff G-O is kind, polite and accommodating. He help us in keeping our luggage while the room gets ready even though they don’t have a space for it. When we came back he already put all 7 luggage’s in the room using stairs on 5th floor. He went above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel. It is clean and comfortable bed.

Staff was extremley helpful and professional. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. Our room was clean and ac was cold. We had the family swuit room. Hotel location is great, in between 2 stations and close to everything. Will Rent this place again shortly.
