「The pool was visibly dirty and also cloudy. The indoor pool room smelled bad. Our room seemed pretty clean other than some stray hair in the shower, until we realized there was a very large spill(?) soaked into the carpet between the bed and bathroom. The staff was apologetic about it and it wasn’t noticeable with shoes on so I can see how they may have missed it, but still gross. 」

「The check-in process was quick and easy and it is within walking distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The roof top pool and bar were amazing. Can’t wait to enjoy this great hotel again in the future.」

「Clean, quiet, and close to area shopping and dining. The rooms are a bit smaller than where we typically stay but perfectly sized for two of us in a double room. It would be a tighter fit for our family of four (and everyone's stuff.)」

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「There was a lot of road construction but we could walk to the restaurant we wanted (Cafe Trio). Nice room.」

「We were in town for a graduation and this hotel fit our budget perfectly. It was clean, breakfast was good even though it lacked variety. I would defiantly stay here again when in town. 」

「So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! 」
