"Fantastic Apartment central to everything in Cape Coral. Fitted out with everything you need. Very relaxing overlooking Lake Louise. Only 3 other Apartments so very quiet. Highly recommended."

"I stayed at the Tarpon suite from Jan 6-20 2024. I was very satisfied with the suite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No issues with anything, everything is new and up to date. Exterior area has everything needed to relax, and can fish right out the back door. The only thing it needs is a microwave. I passed that along to the property manager. "The property isn't as well kept up as in the past visits. The paver bricks need to be power washed. The grout between the pool tiles, around the perimeter of the pool, has mold. The pool could also use a hand rail installed for the aid and assistance of getting in and out. Middle aged, up to seniors are predominantly the ones who use this property however any age need this common support handle. It would also be nice to have the cement parking curbs painted and labeled to go with each labeled...

"This is perfect for a couple if you’re not needing to cook meals besides using a microwave and having a refrigerator. The hot tub is set up well with privacy fence. We could hear the people living in the main house, but it wasn't disruptive. We enjoyed staying here and visiting the area."

"Structures under construction during the day so there is some noise, at night quiet private we felt very comfortable, unit is clean and updated nice size bathroom whole unit was great no issues hosts were friendly Normal people! Hard to find these days all around great home base"

"Loved our stay at The Sand. It was quiet, quaint, and just a few minute walk to the beach! I would recommend buying any cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, beach gear etc. you may need. Otherwise the stay was amazing and tucked away at the end of the block."
