「I love this hotel. I am moving to Merida and I wanted a Merida type hotel not a big chain hotel and I found the best with hotel unknown the rooms are set up very nicely. The toiletries are excellent. I have a room with a pool. it’s delightful and the staff has been outstanding. They don’t speak a lot of English and I don’t speak a lot of Spanish but we work together to get the very best outcome for me. They were so very helpful. I could stay here forever.」
