"The staff at the front desk was welcoming and polite. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breafast was good. "

"Breakfast was the highlight. Delicious made to order omelettes with crispy bacon, perfectly cooked oatmeal, fresh fruit, and rich flavorful coffee - sets the foundation for a day filled with energy. The mattress was firm and afforded a deep sleep. The front desk staff all were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue was the hot water. It literally took 10 minutes of running cold water before it turned hot. I called the front desk and they confirmed this. Very odd."

"The staff here cares and the hotel is very well taken care of and built. Most modern hotels have such prefabricated problems that never get fixed and are structurally in disrepair. The staff took care of small creature comforts with urgency and kindness and we felt safe as well. The security measures in place and the location were great pluses to a perfect experience. "Staff was great, room well appointed and spacious, breakfast was excellent but handicapped room was WAY far away and had a bathtub. Made for a very long and uncomfortable walk, lots of rest breaks. And shower bars weren't at any helpful height. "
