“This is our second stay in a tiny cottage…although it is small … everything you need is there and watching the waves out your window or listening to the ocean as you fall asleep is a dream! The hosts were great to communicate with and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We’ll be back!”

“Very good spot, especially if you have dogs. Private dock area, great view from the deck, and it’s fairly quiet too. There’s no microwave or oven, but that’s honestly not a big issue. Still have a grill and convection oven, plus takeout options in the area. There’s no AC but if you open the windows you can get a cool breeze going at night that it doesn’t overwhelm.”

“This property felt like home. The moment we arrived. Hosts thought of everything. We didn’t need a thing upon our arrival. Coffee for morning (and creamer) snacks in a basket AND blue berry muffins in the fridge for breakfast. A quick drive put us at the beach. The Lobster Co right around the corner. Multiple antique and thrift stores. We enjoyed a night outside on the lawn telling stories. AC units allowed us to set the temp for everyone comfort. Very clean, Spacious and felt like we were away……

“At check in it was very clear the cottage had not been cleaned. We were not provided enough towels and linens for 1 day much less the 4 that we had booked. Messaged host no response. In addition the second “bedroom” and I use that term loosely had damp carpet in the doorway and we were unable to utilize this room. The floors and countertops were sticky, shower needs to be replaced it’s past cleaning. Multiple electrical outlets not working we had to move the microwave to another area to use.……

“Absolutely, wonderful cottage equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Loved the screened porch and picnic tables under the shade of trees. Excellent location to big beach and restaurants. Loved our stay. ”

“We loved the location of the cottage. A nice quiet residential area, perfect for dog walks! Being able to walk to the beautiful beach was a real plus!! The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, so I suggest you bring your own pillows. The bathroom is in need of updating.”
