The Inn Keepers were very attentive to all needs. The property itself is beautiful. We had breakfast out on the porch where we saw so many hummingbirds right up next to us. Would definitely return.

Adorable B&B! Room was spacious and extremely clean. The hosts were more than welcome and made sure we had everything we need. A brisk walk to the downtown shoppes and restaurants is only .70 miles/less than 20 minutes. Landscaping was beautiful. Thanks again!

Victor and Ray are top notch hosts! If you happen to be in York, Maine, stay here. The bed and breakfast was exactly as listed. The grounds were beautiful and well loved. The breakfast offerings were so yummy each morning. This place was so clean. We took advantage of the many local suggested things to do. Can’t wait to return!

This was the perfect place for my surprise weekend getaway for my husband’s 60th birthday. Victor and Ray were welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast (we now know why everyone raves about those muffins!) on the covered porch. It was an easy and quick walk to the beach and town center. We had a nice, quiet, relaxing time.
