The Edge. Modern loft apartment in Yorkshire market town.

Modern, self-contained and spacious first floor apartment with free on-site parking for up to 2 cars. (EV charging may be available on-site by arrangement at additional cost). Secure bike storage available by arrangement (free of charge). One large ensuite bedroom with 3 single beds or 1 single plus 1 super-king size bed. Lounge-diner with double sofa bed, dining table (sits 4) and Smart TV. Separate kitchenette with fridge (and mini freezer compartment), double induction hob, m/wave, toaster, kettle, sink and all pans, crockery and utensils. Hairdryer. Free wifi (full fibre to door). Centrally heated (free). Outdoor space available. A wide range of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops, Saturday Parkrun and Friday market (AM) all within a few minutes walk. Ideally located for access to York (regular buses), Howardian Hills and Castle Howard, North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales. Family run: hosts in house next door for anything you may need. Not currently suitable for very young children due to stairwell accessing lounge-diner directly and no baby equipment. Great for cycling base or stop-over, but also just for visiting Easingwold/ York/ Yorkshire.

The apartment was in a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and the town. The unit was super clean and organized. The owner even had coffee and milk and muffins for us for the stay. I highly recommend this place!

The owners were so nice and welcoming and the brownies were much appreciated! The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All the kitchen essentials were provided despite being very compact in size. The beds were comfortable and the location lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodation in Easingwold. The property is finished to a high standard. Great location with only a 5-10 minute walk to the town square where you can find pubs, coffee shops etc. The hosts were friendly and left us some very nice chocolate brownies on arrival! Definitely somewhere we would stay again.

We had an excellent stay at this holiday flat. It was spotlessly clean and well-kept. The little touches and thoughtful details really made all the difference and added to the charm. Lovely overnight stay

Fantastic stay for one night while our son was playing cricket close to the accommodation. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is lovely, it has everything you’d want and need in there. Really comfortable beds. I had a great nights sleep. The local village is a short walk away. Wonderful time

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. There were 5 of us and we all fitted in. Abbi was very friendly and welcoming and even made brownies which were waiting for us when we arrived. It was very clean, spacious, and modern accommodation with crispy clean beddings and comfortable beds. There was a small but sufficient kitchen with a fridge, hobs, all utensils, cookware etc. There was free tea and coffee available, TV, board games. Safe, free parking was helpful. I travel a lot and I have never given 10 out of 10 to any accommodation before, but I am happy to do it now.

LOVELY Home

This loft apartment was perfect for our short stay in the area. My family of 5 fit with the 3 kids in the bedroom. The couch pulled out into a comfortable double bed. The neighborhood was quiet, stores are within walking distance, and the market on Friday mornings was wonderful! A HUGE thank you to our hosts. It was fantastic to meet you!
