This place is as modern as you can get and ideal for those who embrace techy things. Super clean and very stylish and ample parking for residence only! Pizza and takeaway literally few doors down on the opposite corner which generates more foot traffic past the property. One of the neighbors has a dog that barks all afternoon and some of the night, the host let us know that we were not to make noise after a certain time of night because one of the neighbors has kids, think the rest of the residents need to know this. The foot traffic past this property is generally respectful and peaceful and realize the host can not control this, but visitors need to be aware that this area is a University area and you will get students that are loud in a morning. Not realizing we were early to our check in time, we were told that our check in time is 3pm and the lock is on a timed entry, some flexibility would've been great as holiday makers don't want to stick to a timed schedule. someone claiming to be the cleaner came back because of towels or something not dried??? Not surprised as it took hours to dry anything in the outside drier.
