"Love this property, the staff were wonderful. The room is spacious and cleaned on the daily! The pool area was divided up nicely and the restaurants meals were top tier! Room service was restaurant quality every time (minus the fast food and pizza). The only complaint is the internet was not up to par, but other than that everything was amazing! Going back again soon! "

"Overall entertainment staff was great . Guadalupe at Mcjestic made a great quesadilla and was very fast at serving everyone. Sergio was great on letting us know about different offers and the itinerary for each day. I believe his name was Jonathan at the lobby bar but he was great and friendly every time we seen him. Martin in photography was very fast and efficient and we received great photos. The hotel was modern and well kept. The restaurants were beautiful, we recommend making a reservation at Kabuki, I believe our cook was Gabriel he was very entertaining and the food was delicious. This was such a great experience and I would recommend it with everyone but I will have to add some things that were disappointing. Many restaurants were closed and the calendar didn’t say it would be closed. There are dress codes in the restaurants so it sucks when you leave the pool and want to just grab a quick bite to eat. We were told at checkout that there was a $9,000 in peso charge added to our room but due to their system being down they could not provide details of the charge. We are currently waiting on a email to receive any updates of this matter. We hope to one day come back again. These complaints are more so related to preferences and convenience. This is an overall excellent resort. "

"Room was clean, spacious and a beautiful ocean view. Bars were great with great staff. Entertainment was great and the entertainment team was fun and upbeat. Other Italian restaurant was by far the BEST meal we have had and went 2 times in which the waiter knew us. The buffet was very good. Steak house needs some assistance and better food, would not recommend that at all. The beach was large, spacious and amazing swimming conditions with No seaweed The whole property was phenomenal and we will be back!!! "
