“Rooms are quite comfortable and priced well. The hotel is dated but we knew this when we booked and were okay with it because of the proximity to Busch gardens. Staff was very nice at check in. Pool looks good, AC works well. I’d stay here again. ”

“It was only one night. I was with a group of ladies; we had no complaints. Front desk was very cooperative with our needs.”

“Since we arrived well before the 3:00 check-in time, I called from the airport to see if we could check in early. The clerk asked whether we had a pet (no) and whether we needed a handicapped room (no), but we were assigned a handicapped room anyway. That meant no surface in the bathroom for our toiletries and grooming items. The next day we asked about this and were given a regular room close by.”

“Everything was very good. The only thing was all the carpets have stains and a different order on each floor. In room, halls, even dinning room. You can see all have been cleaned but are so stained and in MANY places.”

“The first morning breakfast buffet the attendant was not nice. ”
