“Me gustó mucho, la parte de la laguna que está ahí en el hotel está muy linda, la verdad estuvo increíble, lo único que me agradaría es que recortaran un poco los árboles, ayudaría mucho a la vista.
Increíble visita y todo muy lindo, si volvería a ir”

“I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return.”

“The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was amazing when we showed up at 3am. Air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, we had to turn it off more than on becuase it was so cold at times! The pool was a good temperature and the night sky was so amazing. Overall it was astounding stay and great price for how beautiful the hotel was! We will definitely be returning!”
