「Ricardo at the night front desk was friendly and helpful. Also there was a doorman also named Ricardo who was friendly. Stayed with 2 kids so the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. They also have a playground the kids enjoyed. Right next to Oscar street for food and shopping. Super market 1 block away. Safe area. They have free access to laundry machines also which was convenient.」

「There are some feedback regarding with the attitude of hotel staffs, but everyone was extremely helpful and nice during my stays which I really appreciated. Location is great! very convenient, internet is fast and stable, gym is small but enough for simple exercise. 」

「入住酒店的第一晚空调漏水，酒店给调换双床房，床宽50厘米，稍微大点的人难受的要死。提出更换酒店，结果更换的酒店比原价每晚低30美元。。。无法让人接受。」

「我的房間已在頂樓22樓仍聽得到外面車子行進的聲音,建議飯店要換成隔音玻璃,價格不包含早餐,入住前房間浴室的shower gel沒有補好 」
