A perfect place to stay in Tokyo due to its proximity to a lot of places to visit & shop. A lot of different restaurants to choose from. Property is so clean

Very convenient located nearby metro station. Also nice little restaurants in area. For marathoners. Very easy to go to start and also close by enough to even walk from finish to the hotel. (Or take 2 stops) in any case great to do a shakeout run from hotel ..then to imperial palace rounds and back about 7km. Sport shops are all nearby. Staff extremely friendly. Room is nice, clean and Japan ryokan touch. Making reservation for a taxi is however ¥1000 . Which should be service. The relaxing room was occupied by other guests way too long. They should make it a time slot of 2 sessions. Tea ceremony was just a nice touch. There is no ATM at hotel and also no wine available in vending machine. The beer option was ok. Breakfast buffet is very complete and tasteful. Expensive (about $24) in comparison with what eating out cost. Overall excellent hotel experience. Definitely recommend

The room was slightly bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. Def still tight though if you have a lot of luggage. The amenities were good and we liked the bathroom. The spot is very convenient. The view from our room was nice. We know it’s next to the red light district, but if you are from America it def doesn’t feel like that and the people standing outside have big jackets on. It’s very easy to ignore them. Plus the area has so many restaurants and people around that it kind of jus feels like they are just there.

A wonderful stay in the New Otani. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that I needed in the room. The hotel is so large and the fact that there a shops and restaurants within the complex made it helpful.

An excellent hotel which is in a good location suitable for both business and leisure.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, very clean, and easy to locate. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job and ensured everything was perfectly maintained throughout our visit. We traveled during very cold weather, and walking into the warm, cozy lobby was such a welcoming and comforting experience. We had no issues at all during our stay, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The hotel was impressive. The views stunning. The staff wonderful & amazing. This hotel is the Queen of Tokyo.
