The suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodated my family well! We only stayed for one night which is not even enough time to enjoy this fully furnished APARTMENT! There was parking available across the street which was a cheaper option for us. There could have been more than one towel set for each bathroom. Water pressure was quite softer than I expected. The balcony was a great feature to watch traffic and just take in the sounds and sights of DTLA. I did notice that the balcony door has to be shut in order for the AC to run, there is a sensor on it, but the door in our room didn’t latch like a normal door, so we wouldn’t know the AC stopped until it started to get hot. The handle has to be turned in order for it to latch which we found out fairly quickly lol. Other than that, AMAZING place, will stay again if out that way

2/5 – Great Location, Disappointing Service and Parking Experience Our stay at Loews Hollywood was disappointing, especially considering the hotel's premium pricing. We left our room around 11 AM with the housekeeping request sign displayed. Despite seeing housekeeping staff on our floor, we returned around 8–9 PM to find our room untouched. After calling the front desk, someone finally came to clean while we were exhausted and trying to relax. Very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Parking was an even bigger nightmare. We paid $25 for just a few hours, with additional charges when returning. One evening around 7–8 PM, we returned with shopping bags and souvenirs only to find the parking entrance blocked. Staff told us there was NO parking available despite us being registered hotel guests! They handed us directions to another parking location with an unpleasant attitude, expecting us to park elsewhere and walk back carrying everything. I understand restricting public parking during events, but paying hotel guests should be prioritized. The location is excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed that aspect of our stay. I would consider returning if management addresses these issues, improves staff professionalism, and provides more reasonable parking arrangements for hotel guests.
