Hotel advertised airport shuttle but when contacted day before trip none was provided. Also swimming pool was not operational.
Self service laundry was available and rooms were clean.
Staff was helpful and courteous.

Bathroom is a bit rusty and outdated. There is no power point to use hair dryer. No USB socket for charging. Blanket is so thin to keep the body warm. Luggage storage is $150/piece/day is incredibly.

Yes definitely convenient to take A38 bus to airport. The concierge is very helpful to explain to me how to get to the airport. The receptionist, Christine Chou is very pleasant and welcome me at the front desk. Surely, I will come again in the future.

I love this area as it is the central of the place that have restauarnts, basketball court, shopping mall and even spa massage. Super convenience. The only thing I don't like is shower tub is bit old and takes a quite long time to find staffs.
