Old and run down. Poor service at check in, room was boiling hot and smelled upon entry. Overall the hotel didn’t feel clean which made it a very uncomfortable stay. Seemed overly busy and severely understaffed. Not much in the area. It’s reasonably close to YVR, but that’s about it.
