Everything about this place was amazing! 10/10 experience. The staff went above and beyond and the service was honestly wow from beginning to end. The room was clean, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everyone made us feel so welcomed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Perfect for families and such a relaxing experience overall!
The only thing I would improve is the beach cabana reservation system. It would be much more convenient if guests could reserve the beach cabanas in advance instead of having to go in person the same day to request one.

Overall the stay was good. The property is a little dated but ok for us. The entertainment setup was good nightly with multiple shows. The staff was friendly and helpful. One oddity is If you need more water, beer, pop in the room before the next day, they charge you. Luckily the bellhop told us when he walked us to the room so we didn’t get surprised. The room service wasn’t convenient and the menu was not great.
