Staff everywhere were nonchalant and preoccupied. Food at restaurants was terrible. Location was far from most destinatioms so I used Grab taxis everywhere (relatively cheap plus foreign transaction fees on each fare) because of that. Hotel itself was spacious and clean. The warm cookies at the front desk made my day.

Great location and pleasant stay would recommend and stay here again.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The daily service was amazing and all the staff from front desk to house keeping are friendly and helpful. The location is great and close to everything. Our family has stayed in the same hotel every time we go to KL because of the positive experience we always have.

Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment.
