Great location for exploring San Francisco. We used Lyft, bus, light rail, and walked to the Embarcadero, North Beach, Union Square, and Oracle Park. Very comfortable beds, quiet, great-smelling products, and a spotless bathroom. The staff was very attentive, and my daughter commented on the Forbes service. I assumed the property was newly renovated when it was completed in 2023.

Perfect location and great history but the rooms are really in shabby shape, no hot water in the shower (just warm), no bottled water in the room, no coffee in the room, ice maker broken, no grab and go breakfast options. Overall needs some attention for sure
