An incredible hotel, worth spending more time in. We were very well taken care of, and even our travel needs were taken care of. The breakfast options were both amazing, and the gardens are beautiful.

Staff were always ready to help with anything, sometimes very busy, other times waiting patiently in the lobby for someone who might need something. Club lounge breakfast was healthy and plentiful. The room was comfortable and quiet, cleaned daily, with very nice shower and thick towels. The small balcony was enough to enjoy the lights at night.
Overall, a most enjoyable stay. Have stayed here several times now, and will do so again.

Room walls are dirty. Old furniture.
Laundry dryer weak power, spent ¥1500 and 1.5hrs for a load.
Had to order for women’s skincare set to be delivered, not in room; no razor, had to buy.
Taxi needs surcharge to go to Annex Lobby.
All in all not a great experience
