The room was lovely with a panoramic view, comfortable bed and antique furniture. In comparison, the bathroom seemed a bit basic (poor quality shelving and lighting), which did not seem in keeping with the nice room.
The lodge had lots of wonderful communal spaces to sit and read or take in the view.
It seems that housekeeping was available only by request, which we were not informed of on check in.
