"The most horrible place you can find. There is a discotheque bellow the hotel. It is not just noisy, even with noise cancelling headphones you can feel the basses. We needed to stay overnight for flight early morning. At 04:00am the show was still going on. The room is dirty with bugs, we found some dry excrements left next to the toilet door. Bedsheets were dirty and smelly. The receptionist tried to double bill us (we prepaid on the web), after some investigation late evening, the...

The staff were also very helpful in directing us if we needed help finding a good place to eat or weren’t sure how to get somewhere in the city! Wonderful experience overall"

"This housing worked for our purposes, but is definitely not for everyone. Noise from Khaosan Road is inescapable until 5am, and walking back is always an odyssey of dodging hawkers and misbehaved foriegners. If you know this street, you know what to expect. TLDR; You get what you pay for. That said, my group enjoyed our stay. "

"Enjoy my walking around food place and shopping "

"The staff were lovely and rooms were quiet, we slept very well. We loved the rooftop pool, especially at night time. We stayed as a family with an 11 and 14 year old, Khaosan road was definitely an experience they won't forget, 'backpacker road' means something different to when I went backpacking 20 odd years ago but it was all part of the fun. We liked being able to walk easily from the hotel to sights like the palace and Wat Pho. "

"New hotel with well-appointed rooms. Pleasant view of river from balcony. One-bedroom suite has an odd layout with the bathroom completely splitting the living room and the bedroom. Hotel has good selection of on-site dining options, including outdoor by the river. Executive lounge has great views and attentive staff. Hotel water shuttle provides convenient access to public transit and Icon Siam mall. Starbucks and 7-11 next door. Concierge was able to take care of all needs on short notice. There is notable noise from the tour boats and river restaurants all the way until 11PM. Also, my room was twice filled with smoke when neighbors decided to ignore the no-smoking policy. This seems to be a consistent problem, since the hotel has air purifiers and scented spray at the ready to bring to your room."
