「The room was good for price with breakfast, comfortable, and clean, the toilet was big. The location was near the beach, but a bit far from the train station. Moreover, the hotel has no lift, so that we must carry the big luggage to the third floor with the thin staircase. No wife in the room, you must come down from the third floor to the lobby for the Internet.」

「I think if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and just need somewhere to sleep, it’s a great option. You can check in online and then get in when you get in, which worked very well for me. The room itself needs a little fixing up, the sink had a massive crack down the middle, the bed was broken and the whole floor seemed to slope sideways. But other than that it was a pretty nice hotel and a really affordable night. Ideal for solo travelers 」

「Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything. Friendly enough staff, but clueless. I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down. The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...

「"Five stars for the team here! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I was so impressed by how clean and comfortable my single room was—it was very lovely, spacious, and perfect for my stay.The location is brilliant as it is so near to the beach, making it very easy to get to the seafront. 「The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. There are some lovely period features in the property, but some of the paneling is actually wallpaper!」

「I had a lovely stay with Babs.She was welcoming and made me feel right at home.The house is spotless and very cosy .I must say the heating was on and so warm I didn’t need a duvet.Lovely treat.I didn’t need to have the breakfast as wanted to meet up for coffee and pastries with friends.But what was on offer looked generous.A well stocked fridge.The only thing was I prefer an en-suite,not so keen on sharing.But that was reflected in the price.Very reasonable.I would highly recommend.」
