“The most awful experience what hotel only offers 2 hours a day to check in?”

“The check in system is terrible. All AI run. You get your details to get into the hotel by WhatsApp. You cannot contact the hotel to ask questions. They took £6.66 from me to secure the reservation, when I had paid the complete price through Expedia and then on check in day they took £152 'in respect of your reservation'. “The good: We were surprised by how quiet it was. There are bars, shops and the seafront very close by but as they are not right on that street, even on a summer Saturday evening it was peaceful.
