“The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is just off the 401 so perfect for a pit stop. Our room was on the ground floor but there were stairs, if you know you will have lots of bags good idea to ask for no stairs. Someone stood outside our window smoking and yelling into their phone at 10pm. The indoor pool was surrounded by three walls of windows, so I did not try it. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership.
