“Very disappointed with our stay. The receptionist was on a phone call while checking us in, and we had to wait for him to finish. This felt unprofessional and not respectful of customers’ time. We booked a King Suite, expecting a comfortable and clean stay after a long road trip, but the room had multiple issues. We found bugs in the room (we caught 8 of them) and noticed stains on the couch, towels, and even the wall. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially for guests staying……

“We did not stay at Days Inn, Tuscaloosa, because when we got there at 1:30 am, the hotel was CLOSED. No arrangements had been made for us to stay somewhere else.
