“We just needed a quick place to stay for the night. The hotel was in a convenient location, the staff were kind and the room was quiet and clean. The building and room were a bit outdated. I’m not comfortable with carpet in hotel rooms and the tub didn’t drain well ”

“I love the Hotel on Phillips. It is a unique boutique hotel remodeled from a bank building. The bar and restaurant created out of the bank vault is a fun experience. The food is great and it is located downtown. The rooms are decorated superbly. Debra”

“Very nice people running the place!”

“Only issue was a teenage sports team moved onto our floor the last night, they ran rough shod in the hallway until midnight. - we spoke to night mgr who told us, "there wasn't an issue." The team mgr apologized the next morning. Other than that, great place, great stay”

“One stays here for the convenience of getting to the airport for the 5:00 am flight (or to crash after the plane lands at midnight). In addition to the convenience, the hotel staff are very welcoming, the rooms are clean, with everything you could need (including breakfast), very compact (because you're not staying long), and overall and excellent value. I've stayed here many times.”

“This room was actually for my step daughter and a friend….they do volunteer work when our football team travels….we had a family emergency and the girls had to leave shortly after checking in! The staff and management were absolutely wonderful and understanding of our situation and allowed them to cancel. We will be future customers at this hotel! I think the staff and managers are great! ”
