“Amber, at the Reception Desk was so nice and helpful. She told me where close restaurants were and that was just what I needed after a long drive. My room had been upgraded to a king suite with a walk-in shower and that was spectacular!!! I didn't eat breakfast there because I preferred to sleep late. The bed was so comfy!!! I slept soundly each night. No noise to be heard. The only thing I didnt like was there was no Diet Dr. Pepper in the cold case. Coke products, which I drank, but not my……

“The front desk clerk was absolutely sweet. It has great parking and the room was clean. The only thing that I would say that I had an issue with was when asking for extra linen the front desk person didn’t have a key. The only person that has a key is the housekeeper and they were gone for the day so she wasn’t able to get any linen. And the TV the TV was difficult to understand due to it also having a Amazon fire stick, but it didn’t really wanna connect too much of anything.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
