"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This beautiful property exceeded my expectations. Everything was so clean and lovely. It was serene after busy days of sight-seeing. I particularly loved the personalized local recommendations by staff. We had a question about something and staff responded immediately. I wish these properties existed in every country. "They would not budge on the 2;00 check-in time. We arrived off of a cruise ship at 7:30am and were told nothing could be done until 2:00. There is nothing open in the are that early so we were forced to wander the area until 9:00 am when the castle opened. They did take care of our bags to their credit. The bag area was full when we returned so I think this happened often. The street it is on is hilly and was difficult for two different cans to find. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Breakfast was...

"Brilliant hostel with amazing views! Flavio & Leon on front desk were great hosts. Location is great to wander down to the flea Market and into the centre."

"- Welcoming was great, we booked a transfer so it was really convenient. - The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean, but vmc is missing so there was some humidity. - Breakfast was good and simple. "

"Positives: Good location- not far from metro stop. Lots of bakeries nearby. Lovely common area. Good size lockers for valuables. Bedside light and PowerPoint for charging phone. Mirror in room. Each floor has unisex bathrooms. Negative: Reception on 2nd floor. No elevator."

"It is a great Hostel. It is located in Chiado, one of the best neighbors of Lisbon, close to 2 Metro Stations and Comboi Station. The hotel is clean and has a chicken where any guest can cook. Good breakfast is served every morning (it is included) qnd guys and girls who work there are very nice and friendly. I’d stay there again nect time I’ll to Lisbon"

"The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I think there were some renovations going on in the common areas, but it was not bothersome. The bed was very comfy!"

"The property is a work in progress. You are buying location & a great location it is. The breakfast is not fancy, but for an American, the coffee may have been the best I’ve found in Europe. Every day was an adventure on what was not cleaned in the room. I had my own shower & sink, but multiple rooms shared 2 toilets."

"It is a new facility, everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Need to note two things - first is that the area is very noisy at night and street sounds are load, which means earplugs if you don't want it to bother you. Second - the double bed is 140x190 cm in size, good if you're average size, but can be an issue for the big & tall. "
