“The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable until we found a large old toenail clipping in our bed and a live
Cockroach on our tub! I showed the manager both and her response was, she would be happy to make an adjustment to our bill (which she never did) and her comment about the cockroach was “hey, it’s the south”! “ there are cockroaches in the south”. Which is kind of cocky and presumptuous on her part! I live in Florida and I’ve never had any cockroaches on my home or tub!”

“Keurig and tv were broken in our first room. Staff was extremely unhelpful and verged on rude. Asked 3x for tv to get fixed and finally after day 2 they moved us to a different room where the keurig was still broken lol overall comfortable, not the cleanest or best maintained. Breakfast was not great. But had the basics and a good sized refrigerator in the room. Great location.”

“The front desk job staff are always pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. I had an unexpected doctors appointment that was going to cut into my departure day check out time. The front desk staff heard about my dilemma and offered me a late check out so that I would not be rushed after returning to the room at 11: 30am for a 12:00 p.m. check out.
