When we arived there was no one there even though they say the desk is open 9am-10pm. We tried to call and message with no luck for a few hours so we were stuck with our luggage until someone showed up. They are not clear about check in and state you much contact them at least 24 hours before arrival but make it seem like you need to do that if you are...
