"Checking in was easy. Elisa was very helpful and friendly, she answered all my questions and she kept in touch with me before checkin, to make sure we knew exactly where to go. The property was beautiful! We loved our view from the kitchen window. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was lovely. My husband had a nice chat with the owner and said he was very informative and friendly. We loved our stay at Belmonte and we were sad to leave such a beautiful place."

"It was a last minute stay as we couldn't drive back to Florence from a day of sightseeing. Despite the last-minute decision, the staff provided complimentary water, and our request for a very late check-in was accommodated. However, I found the arrangement of our double bed, which consisted of two single beds placed side by side, to be slightly uncomfortable. During the night, the mattresses tended to drift apart, creating a gap that caused discomfort. I would have preferred if the mattresses...

"Beautiful place and unique vibe. The host is amazing - we had a special experience there. The breakfast was different with homemade dishes and generally it was very good compared to other farmers we stayed in our trip. Very recommended."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."
